    • First session is free, following a consultation — book through our scheduling page to find a time that works best for you.

    • Before your appointment, your coach will send a quick “Day One” form to learn about your goals and history.

    • Your first visit includes:

      • A short movement assessment

      • Paperwork and onboarding

      • A peak at the schedule

    • What to bring: workout clothes and a water bottle. (Cups and filtered water are available at the studio.)

    Online Coaching

    • After purchasing your program, our team will set up your profile in the Hula Health & Performance App.

    • Once activated, you’ll have 24/7 access to:

      • Customized or pre-written workout plans

      • Nutritional counseling

      • Member resources and support

    The Hula Health & Performance App gives you round-the-clock access to a certified fitness professional. Every part of your fitness plan — from workouts and calorie tracking to stretching and mobility — is backed by the latest exercise science and tailored to your goals.

  • Payments & Policies – In-Person Clients

    How much does in-person training cost?
    Rates vary by session type (1-on-1, 2-on-1, or 3-on-1) and session length (30 or 60 minutes). You can view current pricing in our shop and availability on our scheduling page.

    How do I pay?
    All payments are handled securely online through our booking system. Sessions must be paid for in advance to reserve your spot.

    Do you offer packages?
    Yes — discounted packages are available for clients who want to train consistently. Packages have an expiration period to keep you accountable and progressing.

    What’s your cancellation policy?
    We ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
